What are your hours of operation?                                                         

The  One2One operates between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Do you service my area?                                                                          

The One2One currently services Puchong, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and some surrounding areas.

Do you offer any repairs or other services aside from oil changes?   

The One2One offers basic maintenance services including: engine oil, auto transmission fluid, power steering oil, brake oil, air and oil filters change, fluid top ups, light bulb, vehicle batteries replacement, windshield wiper replacement, and other basic services.  

Will you come to my workplace?                                                            

As long as we can access your vehicle safely and without obstructing traffic, we will service your vehicle wherever it is parked.

Do you service diesel vehicles?                                                               

Yes, we do service diesel vehicles. Please inform us through our online booking webpage or Customer Service Assistants @ 1800-880-121 that your vehicle runs on diesel when you’re making an oil service reservation.

How do I pay?                                                                                           

You will receive an electronic invoice at your provided e-mail address  or a print out invoice. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Cash payments.

How do you dispose of used oil?                                                             

All of our oil is collected by an oil recycler where it is re-used in other useful industrial products, reducing our carbon footprint.

What if I need to cancel?                                                                         

Please give us at least 24hrs telephone notice of cancellation by calling our customer care @ 1800-880-121

Do you only service cars?                                                                        

Cars are our specialty but we have also serviced all kind of trucks.

Can you service more than one vehicle at a time?                               

Yes. We offer discounted rates for multi-vehicle appointments.

Do you service fleets?                                                                              

Yes. We offer a range of services for fleets of vehicles.

What if you can't access my vehicle?                                                     

We will contact you prior to the service call to ensure that your vehicle is accessible and hood latch pulled to avoid access problems.

What about oil spills in the parking lot or my driveway?                    

Our best defense is having every specialist properly trained on how to do an oil change. Next we use oil evacuator to suck and drain the used oil from your vehicle. We also lay down a large mat that has rubber backing and of oil absorbent material on the ground to keep oil from getting to it.

What if the weather is bad, if it’s raining?                                            

We will work in the rain.  In the event of severe weather, we will contact you about rescheduling at another time.

How do I verify the identity of the One2One oil service specialist?   

Every One2One oil service specialist is provided with an identity card with their name, id numbers, photo and a QR code. You may scan the QR code with your smartphones (android) to further verify the identity of the specialist or call 1800-880-121 for Customer Service Assistants.
